Become A BTS Coach - NOw hiring

Great coaches are the foundation of our program. Without a great head and assistant coach for all of our programs we cannot have successful teams that really make a difference.

Please email, beatthestreetspvd@gmail.com if you are interested in helping to build wrestling teams in our urban schools, in creating a positive culture or accountability and success, and really leading young students towards success.

Volunteer

Our success relies heavily on the time generous people like you choose to invest working with us!

  • Coach: Volunteer coaches are crucial to the success of our program. The more coaches we have in the room the more we can work one on one with students and build long lasting and meaningful mentor relationships. This is, at least, a once weekly commitment that will make a huge difference for our youth.

  • Tutor: We are an education first program. That means, we need great tutors to help our students succeed academically. We run 45 minutes of tutoring before every wrestling practice.

  • Mentor: The BTS mentoring program pairs dedicated volunteers with our most dedicated students. As a BTS mentor you will meet with your mentee on a bi-weekly basis provide them with mentoring, tutoring, and life coaching.
